I greatly enjoyed this incredibly beautiful place, stayed there for 1 night. I had a twin room and it was clean with a view. Having a balcony and a storage was very convenient. Location: the hotel was just next door to the town centre of Amersfoort, a former monastery and the church...

The hotel had a unique and historic atmosphere, with a beautiful setting and quiet surroundings. The availability of free parking was convenient, and the dining experience was absolutely marvelous. The restaurant served delicious food and provided a wonderful experience.
Despite the hotel's charm, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of an elevator and air conditioning was surprising for a modern conference facility.

I had a truly unique and memorable experience staying at Leerhotel Het Klooster. The former convent setting was atmospheric and spacious, with a cloister and chapel that added to the charm. The architecture of the 1950s-era building was grand and impressive. The young and friendly hotel staff were always eager to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast offered a good variety of food to start the day off right. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and immersive overnight experience.

The rooms and bathrooms were nice and well-maintained. The idea of combining learning and work was appealing and added a unique touch to the hotel experience. The staff was also flexible and accommodating when I had to change my stay dates at the last moment. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs.
There were a few areas where improvement could be made. The organization of breakfast was a bit chaotic, with a small self-service table that made it difficult for multiple guests to serve themselves at the same time.

We had a delightful stay at this former monastery turned vocational school for aspiring hotel industry professionals. The rooms had a comfortable yet monastic ambiance, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. The young and eager staff, comprised of students gaining hands-on experience, took great care of us. Despite the limited transportation options, the pleasant stroll to town allowed us to explore Amersfoort's fantastic dining options and local beers. Ample free parking was a bonus, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The building has a unique and atmospheric charm, with a beautiful chapel and cloister that provide a pleasant sitting area. the hotel staff, including the trainees, were friendly and helpful. In terms of location, it was easily accessible by bus from the main station, and there was a nearby forest with a nice bar and snacks.
The restaurant had some shortcomings, with an overpriced dinner menu and dishes that were overly sweet. the service could also be improved, with basic principles lacking, such as not clearing empty glasses from the table.
